• Contact form submissions (stored until request resolved).

We rely on your consent for uploads, legitimate interest for service metrics, and contract necessity for support replies.

4. Your rights

• Access, rectify, delete, and port your records.
• Object to analytics processing.
• Lodge complaints with your local supervisory authority.

5. Data retention

Image buffers purge automatically after 30 minutes. Support tickets remain for 6 months. Billing data (if subscribed) is stored for up to 5 years for compliance.
